ordering
your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) est or your order may not be processed until the following business day. business days are monday-friday, excluding federal holidays within the united states.
shipping & costs
ground shipments will arrive within 3 - 6 business days. if you have ordered an item that is not available or that is back ordered, we will notify you via email. the chart below shows our delivery rates within the united states (sorry but we do not ship to p.o. boxes). for delivery outside the united states: canada - an additional $1.00 per order. mexico and other countries please contact us for additional surcharges and fees.

item availability
in-stock items. most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. your in-stock item will be shipped once your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. for example, if you order an in-stock item on monday that leaves our studio in 1 - 2 full business days, it will leave the studio by end-of-day wednesday. after your order leaves our studio, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. please note that business days are monday - friday, excluding federal holidays within the united states.
back ordered and customized items. back ordered items are items that are not in stock, but available for purchase on our site. a back ordered item you order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. you will be notified of the status of your backordered item via e-mail. you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
please note: customized items are purchased with an “absolute no return policy” and are non-refundable. shipment times and details for a customized item will be discussed via email or by telephone. all customized projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance must be paid before production begins. when your order leaves our studio, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

important information about payment for your security: during checkout, your
billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
we reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
return/exchange policy
we will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card for any items you are not completely satisfied with. the items must be returned to vivian collado within 14 days of the shipping date and be in perfect condition. please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return policy" and will not be accepted back. items need to be shipped prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. we promptly credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned items.
gift wrap
for your shopping convenience we cheerfully gift wrap with our charming paper for a cost of $6.00 per item. this charge includes an attached card with message. if you would like to have your item(s) gift wrapped, simply click on the gift box option during checkout.

all of our products are hand-letterpress printed and embellished carefully by hand with the finest beads and glitter in the world. each item is a true work of art especially created just for you. we manufacture with love. enjoy!
